Cairo: Kuwait's Minister of Information and Culture and State Minister for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi discussed prospects of bilateral cooperation in media, culture, and the arts with Mauritanian Minister of Culture and Communication, Houssein Ould Medou. The meeting took place during the 55th session of the Council of Arab Information Ministers in Cairo.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the talks focused on opportunities for cooperation in media fields, the exchange of expertise, and organizing cultural and artistic initiatives. Additionally, the discussions included potential training programs and professional development to meet the needs of digital transformation.
Both ministers praised the strong historical ties between Kuwait and Mauritania. They emphasized the importance of expanding institutional cooperation and supporting cultural and media exchanges to strengthen the Arab presence both regionally and internationally.
