Kuwait Info. Min. Stresses Media Cooperation with Bahrain

Kuwait City: Kuwaiti Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi emphasized the ongoing cooperation between Kuwait and Bahrain across various sectors, particularly in media and culture. The statement was made during a welcoming event for Bahraini Information Minister Dr. Ramzan Al-Noaimi, who arrived in Kuwait to participate in the Arab Media Forum and the 28th meeting of GCC information ministers. According to Kuwait News Agency, the Kuwaiti minister highlighted the importance of coordinating Gulf media efforts to serve the interests of their peoples and to bolster media support for development initiatives. He praised Bahrain's media and cultural heritage, recognizing it as a valuable contribution to collaborative efforts. Al-Mutairi noted that Bahrain's involvement in the 28th GCC information ministers' meeting presents a crucial opportunity for advancing Gulf media integration. The meeting aims to explore strategies for media development in response to rapid regional and global changes. The minister reiterated Kuwait's dedication to enhancing media and cultural ties with Bahrain, contributing to the promotion of joint Gulf initiatives and meeting the aspirations of GCC leaders and citizens.
