Kuwait city: Kuwaiti Acting Minister of Information and Culture Omar Al-Omar congratulated His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah on the holy month of Ramadan.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Omar extended his best wishes to His Highness the Amir for good health and wellness, and to Kuwait prosperity and blessings.
