Kuwait city: Minister of Health Dr. Ahmad Al-Awadhi emphasized the importance of enhancing comprehensive medical prevention and educational programs locally. This announcement was made at the opening session of the Second Kuwait Dental Implants and Periodontics Symposium, an event organized by the Kuwait Dental Association and attended by leading Kuwaiti and international doctors and specialists.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Dr. Al-Awadhi highlighted the significance of treating oral and gum diseases, noting their connection to other health issues such as diabetes and cardiac conditions. He mentioned the use of advanced technologies like digital printing and 3D imaging in the treatment of these diseases. Dr. Bsais Al-Ajmi, the president of the association, noted that the conference was the result of years of collaboration among various authorities in the field.
The symposium, which spans two days, includes lectures and workshops featuring top specialists from Kuwait and abroad.
