Kuwait city: Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) Chief Major General Talal Al-Roumi announced that KFF has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification after meeting international quality requirements across all sectors.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Roumi stated that the achievement follows directives and support from the political leadership, contributing to the force's institutional development. The certification reflects KFF's commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and institutional excellence, aligning with state efforts to enhance government work. This includes improving operational efficiency, ensuring top security and safety standards, and strengthening community security.
