Kuwait city: The Kuwaiti volleyball team has exited the 17th Arab U18 Volleyball Championship after a narrow defeat to Lebanon in the quarterfinals, with the match concluding 2-3 in Lebanon's favor. The set scores were 25-21, 23-25, 25-23, 23-25, and 21-19, indicating a closely contested battle between the teams. According to Kuwait News Agency, the championship is being held in Amman and features 10 national teams from across the Arab world. The competition, which began on August 16, is set to conclude on August 26. Jordan is hosting the event, welcoming teams from Egypt, Iraq, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Libya, Lebanon, Palestine, and the United Arab Emirates. The participating teams have been divided into two groups, Pool A and Pool B. Pool A includes host nation Jordan, along with Egypt, Libya, Lebanon, and the UAE. Pool B consists of teams from Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, and Palestine.
