Kuwait city: The Council of Arab Information Ministers has elected the State of Kuwait as the Chair of the Executive Office for a two-year mandate, in an uncontested decision made during the council's 55th session. This session, which saw the participation of Arab information ministers and senior officials, marked a significant moment for Kuwait as it assumes this leadership role.
