Kuwait Dispatches Ninth Aid Plane to Syria Loaded with 40 Tons of Supplies

Kuwait City: Kuwait has dispatched its ninth plane to Syria, carrying 40 tons of food, medical aid, and other essential materials aimed at addressing the challenges of the harsh winter. This initiative is part of the "Kuwait is By Your Side" Campaign.

According to Kuwait News Agency, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Saleh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Relief Society, emphasized the importance of high directives in establishing the air bridge to support the Syrian people and alleviate their burdens. He highlighted these directives and humanitarian efforts as characteristics of Kuwait's leadership, which are recognized globally in times of crisis or disaster.

Dr. Al-Saleh mentioned that the plane was loaded with various necessary materials to assist the needy in Syria. Tariq Al-Bateni, Representative of the Society of Revival of Islamic Heritage, highlighted the significant impact of combined efforts and supervision by official bodies in implementing these directives. He pointed out that these efforts have been crucial in delivering relief aid promptly, especially given the increasing urgent demands.
