Stockholm: Kuwaiti Ambassador to Sweden Mohammad Hayati and Swedish Foreign Minister Maria Stenergard met in Stockholm to discuss bilateral relations and cooperation across various areas.
According to Kuwait News Agency, during the meeting, the Kuwaiti diplomat handed the Swedish minister a letter from Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya. The letter praised the bilateral relations between Kuwait and Sweden, which this year celebrate 60 years since the establishment of their diplomatic relations.
The discussions also focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation in the fields of investment and trade exchange, with an emphasis on leveraging Swedish expertise in innovation, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. The meeting further explored cooperation in health, pharmaceutical industries, green economy, and recycling.
