Kuwaiti Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi met on Sunday with visiting Mexican counterpart Carmen Moreno Toscano.
During the meeting, both sides discussed bilateral ties, issues of common interests and latest regional and international developments.
After the meeting, both sides signed an agreement of cooperation between the Kuwaiti National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters and the Mexican Secretariat of Culture.
