Kuwait deplores storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque

— Kuwait’s Foreign Ministry voiced Tuesday the country’s condemnation and denunciation of storming Al-Asqa Mosque and provocations which violate Al-Haram Al-Sharif and Muslims’ cemeteries, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces. The continuation of these rejected acts and their escalation, in addition to continued restrictions on the worshippers seeking the Mosque constitute a blatant violation of the international law, and Jerusalem’s historical and legal status and its sanctities, the Ministry said in a statement.

It warned against repercussions of these breaches on the stability of the region, the statement noted.

The Ministry called on the international community to bear its responsibilities and stop these infringements committed by the Israeli occupation forces that aim to alter the status quo of legal and historian status in jerusalem as well as provide protection to the brotherly Palestinian people, it stated.
