Kuwait city: His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah conveyed a message of congratulations to President Carlos Vila Nova of Sao Tome and Principe in celebration of the country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Crown Prince expressed his wishes for President Vila Nova's continued health and expressed hopes for further progress and prosperity for the nation of Sao Tome and Principe and its citizens.
