Kuwait City: His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the President of the Philippines, Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos, on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Crown Prince expressed his wishes for President Marcos's good health and well-being. He also conveyed hopes for continued progress and prosperity for the Philippines and its people.
