New york: Representative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, met with President Serdar Berdimuhamedov of Turkmenistan at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 80th UN General Assembly session.
According to Kuwait News Agency, during the meeting, the Crown Prince conveyed greetings from His Highness the Amir to the Turkmen leader. The discussions between the two leaders focused on the progress of friendly relations between Kuwait and Turkmenistan, exploring avenues for enhancing mutually beneficial cooperation.
The meeting was attended by key Kuwaiti officials, including Foreign Minister Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, Undersecretary of the Amiri Diwan for Foreign Affairs Mazen Isa Al-Isa, and Kuwait's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Tareq Mohammad Al-Banai.
