Kuwait city: His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah welcomed several top officials at Bayan Palace. The attendees included President of the Supreme Judicial Court and the Court of Cassation Dr. Adel Boursely, UAE’s President of the Federal Supreme Court Mohammad Al-Badi, Bahraini Advisor Abdulrahman Al-Ma’alla, Oman’s President of the Supreme Court Khalifa Al-Busaidi, Qatar’s President of the Supreme Judiciary Council Dr. Hassan Al-Mohannadi, and Assistant Secretary General for Legislative and Legal Affairs at the GCC General Secretariat Sultan Al-Suwaidi.
According to Kuwait News Agency, this meeting was organized as part of the 11th periodic gathering of the Heads of Supreme and Cassation Courts from GCC member states. The session served as a platform for discussing judicial matters among the Gulf states.
Head of the Crown Prince Diwan Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, along with other senior officials, was present during the meeting. The event underscored the collaborative spirit and mutual cooperation among the judicial bodies of the GCC nations.
