Kuwait city: His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah welcomed the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, along with her accompanying delegation at Bayan Palace. The delegation's visit is centered around their participation in the 29th Joint Ministerial Meeting between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the European Union (EU), which is being held in Kuwait.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the meeting was also attended by Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Sabah, Foreign Minister Assistant for Europe Affairs Ambassador Sadiq Marafi, and other senior officials. The discussions are expected to cover key topics relevant to the cooperation between the GCC and the EU, aligning with the broader objectives of fostering mutual understanding and collaboration.
