Kuwait Crown Prince Engages with Global Business Leaders in New York

New york: Representative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, held discussions with prominent business executives at Kuwait's Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York. The Crown Prince met with Bruce Flatt, Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Asset Management, as well as Stephen Schwarzman and Jonathan Gray, who hold key executive positions at Blackstone Group. Additionally, David Zapolsky, Senior Vice President, Global Affairs and General Counsel of Amazon, was in attendance.

According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness conveyed the Amir of Kuwait's greetings and highlighted a commitment to enhancing the presence of global companies in Kuwait. The discussions focused on diversifying economic partnerships, exploring new areas for cooperation, and leveraging expertise for youth training and the transfer of knowledge and technology.

The meetings were attended by several key officials, including Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya, Director General of Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs at the Amiri Diwan Mazen Al-Essa, Ambassador of Kuwait to the US Sheikha Al-Zain Sabah Al-Nasser Al-Sabah, and Permanent Representative of Kuwait to the United Nations Ambassador Tareq Al-Bannai.
