Kuwait city: His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations on Monday to the Governor-General of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Dame Susan Dougan, on her country's national day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness the Crown Prince expressed wishes for Dame Susan Dougan's good health and wellbeing. He also conveyed hopes for continued progress and prosperity for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and its people.
