Kuwait City: His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, on his country's national day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Crown Prince expressed wishes for President Putin's good health and well-being. He also extended his hopes for continued progress and prosperity for Russia and its people.
