Kuwait city: His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Costa Rica Rodrigo Chaves Robles on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Crown Prince expressed wishes of continued welfare and prosperity to the President and his people.
