Kuwait city: His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Panama, Jose Raul Mulino, on the occasion of Panama's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Crown Prince expressed wishes for the president's good health and extended hopes for further progress and prosperity for the people of Panama.
