Kuwait City: His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a cable to President of the European Council Antonio Costa, congratulating him on taking office as president of the council. According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Crown Prince expressed his wishes for President Costa's success and wellness in his new role. He also conveyed his hopes for continued progress and prosperity for the European Union.
