Kuwait City: His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a cable to the President of Estonia, Alar Karis, on Monday to mark Estonia's national celebrations.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Crown Prince expressed his well-wishes for continued progress and development for Estonia and its citizens in his message.
