Kuwait city: His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to President of Central Africa Faustin-Archange Touadera on the occasion of his country's Republic Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness the Crown Prince expressed wishes for good health to President Touadera and conveyed hopes for further promotion and prosperity for the Central African nation.
