Kuwait city: His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a cable to the King of Cambodia, Norodom Sihamoni, congratulating him on his country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Crown Prince extended his wishes to King Sihamoni and the Cambodian people for progress and development.
