His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Tuesday sent a cable to Gen. Abdulfattah Al-Burhan, the chief of the Sovereignty Council of sisterly Sudan, to express sincere condolences for the victims of the flooding in several parts of the country.
His Highness the Crown Prince prayed for Almighty Allah to bestow His mercy on the souls of the deceased and grant quick recovery for the wounded people.
