Kuwait Concludes 23rd Asian Juniors Karate Championship with Multiple Medals

Kuwait city: Kuwait's national Karate team successfully concluded their participation in the 23rd Asian Juniors Championship in Shaguan City, China, securing a total of five medals, including a gold, a silver, and three bronze. According to Kuwait News Agency, the Kuwait Olympic Committee reported that Jassem Bafaqir secured a silver medal in the 84kg weight class, while Ali Al-Ajmi earned a bronze in the under 60kg category. Abdulhadi Al-Ajmi achieved gold in the under 55kg category. Turki Al-Ibrahim and Abdullah Al-Qatami both won bronze medals in the over 76kg and under 57kg categories, respectively. The Kuwaiti delegation, comprising 25 players from both the men's and women's categories, participated in the championship, which was held from September 5 to 7.
