Kuwait City: The Kuwait Central Blood Bank lauded on Monday the Kuwaiti Army for its important role in society, particularly its contribution to raising awareness about the importance of blood donations, and its support in stockpiling various blood types. This recognition was highlighted during the 60th anniversary of the Central Blood Bank, attended by the Minister of Health, Dr. Ahmad Al-Awadhi.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Awadhi praised the prominent role of the Kuwaiti Army in promoting blood donations through its national initiatives. He emphasized the importance of cooperation between state institutions to ensure health security and to meet the needs of the health sector. The event underscored the significance of collaborative efforts between the military and health organizations in maintaining a robust blood supply for medical needs.
