Kuwait city: Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Dr. Mohammad Al-Wasmi, engaged in discussions with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) officials, including President Mirjana Spoljaric Egger and Director-General Pierre Krahenbuhl, to explore avenues for enhancing humanitarian cooperation.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs issued a statement underscoring the meeting's alignment with Islamic principles dedicated to humanitarian efforts. The Ministry emphasized that humanitarian work serves as a cornerstone for fostering cohesive and cooperative societies.
