Kuwait Army to Conduct Live-Fire Drill on Failaka Island

Kuwait city: Kuwait's Army has announced plans to conduct a joint live-fire exercise on Failaka Island. The drill is set to take place on Tuesday, as outlined in a statement released by the Army on Monday.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the exercise is part of the "Rayat Watan" joint exercise and will occur from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time. The live-fire drill will be concentrated in Naval Firing Range (A), situated southeast of Failaka Island, extending about 11 nautical miles south of the Kuwaiti mainland.

The Military has advised all citizens, residents, and seafarers to avoid the designated firing zone during the specified timeframe to ensure safety.
