Kuwait city: Deputy Chief of Staff of the Kuwaiti Army Air Vice Marshal Sabah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah underscored on Monday the importance of National Security Network project (NSN) on improving the military communication system and securing fully integrated digital environment.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the remarks came during his visit to the Signal Corps, where he was briefed on the unit's responsibilities, ongoing technical projects, and future development plans. Air Vice Marshal Sabah praised the professionalism and dedication of the Signal Corps personnel, stressing the need for timely execution of the network upgrade in line with top security and technical standards.
He emphasized the importance of regularly testing the system across various operational scenarios, as well as called for continued coordination with the relevant authorities and to keep up with rapid technological developments in the sector. During the visit, he was also presented with a detailed overview of the NSN upgrade project, which is considered a strategic initiative to strengthen secure and reliable communication channels across military and security agencies through advanced infrastructure and technologies that meet the highest standards of network protection.
