Kuwait city: Kuwait’s Archery Team won on Monday several medals at the second West Asian Archery Championship in Doha, Qatar.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the mixed compound archery team managed to secure third place and win the bronze medal. The women’s Olympic archery team claimed the silver medal, while in the individual compound archery, archer Abdullah Malallah won a silver medal.
Similarly, archer Soad Al-Bahar won the silver medal in the women’s individual final for Olympic archery. The second West Asian Archery Championship began in Doha on October 28, with participation from countries including Qatar (the host), Kuwait, UAE, Palestine, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Yemen, and Syria.
