Kuwait and Turkiye Explore Enhanced Military Cooperation

Kuwait city: Chief of the Kuwait National Guard (KNG) Sheikh Mubarak Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Deputy Commander of the Turkish Gendarmerie General Command Lieut-General Huseyin Kurtoglu held a meeting to discuss bilateral military cooperation. The meeting focused on strengthening the military ties between the two countries and exploring avenues for future collaboration.

According to Kuwait News Agency, a statement by the KNG highlighted Sheikh Mubarak Al-Humoud's emphasis on the strong relations between Kuwait and Turkiye. He expressed a keen interest in exchanging expertise to bolster military capabilities.

Kurtoglu, on his part, expressed appreciation for the current level of cooperation with Kuwait. He affirmed the desire to explore further opportunities for collaboration, aiming to enhance the strategic partnership between the two nations.
