Kuwait city: Acting Undersecretary of the Kuwait Ministry of Islamic Affairs Dr. Suleiman Al-Suweilem and Saudi Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Abdulfattah Mashat have signed an agreement to organize the affairs of Kuwaiti pilgrims for the 1447 Hijri Hajj season.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Dr. Al-Suweilem stated that the agreement outlines the arrangements for the number of Kuwaiti pilgrims permitted for the season, as well as the procedures for receiving them upon their arrival in Saudi Arabia. The agreement also includes facilitations and health requirements to be adhered to during the pilgrimage.
The Ministry of Islamic Affairs is participating in the fifth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition, which is scheduled to begin later today in Saudi Arabia and will continue until November 12.
