Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and visiting Lebanese President Joseph Aoun led the official rounds of talks between Kuwait and Lebanon at Bayan Palace on Monday. The discussions were attended by His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, and senior officials from both countries.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the talks focused on bilateral ties and explored ways to enhance cooperation across various domains. Minister of the Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah stated that recent developments in Lebanon were a primary topic of discussion. He emphasized that the meeting highlighted Lebanon's historic opportunity to rebuild and achieve the aspirations of its people.
The discussions also covered key issues of mutual interest, strategies to strengthen Arab cooperation, and the latest developments on regional and international fronts.
