Kuwait and Iraq Collaborate on Creative Leadership Training


Kuwait city: Kuwait’s Arab Planning Institute (API), in collaboration with Iraq’s Ministry of Planning, has organized a training workshop focusing on creative leadership and institutional excellence. Dr. Adel Al-Wugayan, the Director General of API, announced that the five-day workshop is a segment of an ongoing series of programs designed to benefit API’s member Arab states, with Iraq being one of its founding members.



According to Kuwait News Agency, Dr. Al-Wugayan highlighted the workshop’s goal of fortifying human capacities and offering advisory and research services, which are crucial for supporting sustainable development in Iraq and the broader Arab region. This partnership aims to enhance institutional capabilities and foster knowledge exchange.



On the sidelines of the workshop, Dr. Al-Wugayan engaged in discussions with Iraqi officials, focusing on the API’s developmental initiatives and exploring avenues for further cooperation and exchange of expertise in leadership training. This reflects a commitment to building robust frameworks for leadership development and institutional progress.
