Kuwait City: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kuwait has strongly condemned the recent Israeli airstrike that targeted the vicinity of the presidential palace in Damascus. The Ministry described the attack as a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the sisterly Arab Republic of Syria.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) also condemned the Israeli airstrike near the Presidential Palace in Damascus. The attack has been denounced for violating the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Syria, a member state of the Arab League.
In addition, Syria's presidency issued a statement condemning the Israeli occupation forces' bombing near the presidential palace in Damascus. The Syrian government termed the act as a dangerous escalation against the State's institutions and sovereignty, marking a significant concern for regional stability.
Separately, in Geneva, the American Surgical Association (ASA) announced the selection of Dr. Waddah Al-Refaie to participate in the 2025 scientific exchange program with the European Surgical Association (ESA). This collaboration highlights ongoing efforts in the medical field to foster international cooperation and knowledge exchange.
