Kuwait city: Minister of the Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah and Head of His Highness the Crown Prince's Diwan Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah met with ambassadors from Tajikistan, Oman, the European Union, and Italy at Bayan Palace on Tuesday.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the officials discussed bilateral relations and potential areas for development in discussions with each ambassador. With Dr. Zubaydullo Zubaydov, Tajikistan's Ambassador and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps to Kuwait, the focus was on enhancing ties particularly in commerce and economic sectors.
In their meeting with Oman's Ambassador, Dr. Saleh Al-Kharousi, the officials highlighted the historic connections between Kuwait and Oman, emphasizing a shared commitment to expanding cooperation for mutual benefits.
Discussions with Anne Koistinen, the EU Ambassador to Kuwait, centered on the strong partnership between Kuwait and the EU. The talks included dialogue on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
Lastly, with the Italian Ambassador, Lorenzo Morini, there was a reaffirmation of the robust bilateral relations, with a mutual interest in expanding cooperation across various sectors.
