Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the President of the United Mexican States (Mexico), Claudia Sheinbaum, on the anniversary of her country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed his wishes for the well-being of President Sheinbaum, and for optimum progress and prosperity for the Mexican nation and its people.
