New york: Kuwait's Amir Representative, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 80th UN General Assembly session.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Crown Prince conveyed greetings to President Erdogan on behalf of His Highness the Amir. The discussions between the two leaders focused on the progress in bilateral relations and explored ways to enhance mutually beneficial cooperation between Kuwait and Turkey.
The meeting was attended by several key figures from Kuwait, including Foreign Minister Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, Undersecretary of the Amiri Diwan for Foreign Affairs Mazen Issa Al-Issa, and Kuwait's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Tareq Mohammad Al-Bannai.
