Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received the Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jassem Al-Budaiwi, at Bayan Palace on Tuesday.
