Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a congratulatory letter on Saturday from Minister of Amiri Diwan Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah. The letter was sent to commemorate the second anniversary of His Highness the Amir's assumption of power.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in response to the minister's letter, His Highness the Amir expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation. He conveyed his heartfelt hopes for continued security and welfare for the nation in his reply letter to the minister.
