Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences to President of India Droupadi Murmu on the tragic loss of life caused by a terror attack targeting tourists in Pahalgam, Kashmir.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed sincere condolences over the fatalities and wished a speedy recovery for the injured.
