Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable to the President of Trinidad and Tobago, Christine Kangaloo, congratulating her on the occasion of her country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed his wishes for President Kangaloo's good health and conveyed hopes for further progress and prosperity for the country and its people.
