Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable to Togo’s President Faure Gnassingbe, on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness wished President Gnassingbe enduring health and expressed hopes for continued progress and prosperity for the people of Togo.
