Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable to Spanish King Felipe VI on the occasion of Spain's National Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed his wishes for good health to King Felipe VI and conveyed hopes for further progress and development for the Spanish people.
