Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Seychelles, Wavel Ramkalawan, on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed his wishes for the President's good health and conveyed his hopes for the progress and prosperity of the people of Seychelles.
