According to Kuwait News Agency, in the cable, His Highness the Amir highlighted the Kingdom's civilizational and development achievements across various domains, which have enhanced its international status. His Highness also expressed pride in the strong fraternal relations between the royal families of Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, emphasizing the shared historical ties and close bonds between the two nations. He wished King Salman continued health and wellness, as well as further progress and prosperity for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
