Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the Governor-General of Saint Lucia, Cyril Errol Charles, on the occasion of the country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness expressed his sincere congratulations, wishing Governor-General Charles lasting good health and well-being. He also extended his best wishes for continued progress and prosperity to Saint Lucia and its people.
