Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has sent a cable of congratulations to Governor-General of Saint Kitts and Nevis Marcella Liburd on her country's Independence Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir expressed his wishes for Governor-General Liburd's good health and conveyed his hopes for continued progress and prosperity for the people of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
